Our Story
We are the Kanekoa brothers, Kaimana and Maika (not pictured), with roots in East Maui and Utah. We have been around swimming pools and hot tubs our whole life.
Kaimana has serviced and maintained pools in serene East Maui for several years, including the luxury pools of high profile clientele. He has started and managed businesses in various industries, from landscaping to radio broadcasting to veterinary medicine.
Maika has cleaned, fixed or serviced every type of swimming pool or hot tub on the Island. From small spec pools to 70k gallon customs with waterfalls, slides and infinity edges. He's rebuilt pumps, installed saltwater and UV systems, fixed heaters and chlorinators, and ran the parts and chemical departments of the biggest supply vendors on Maui for 15 years.
With our experience, there is no pool or tub that we can't get sparkling clear for your whole family, from ours.
it's in our blood
In the 1950's our Grandfather, Virgil "Papa Hotshot" Lee, began building swimming pools in Las Vegas, Nevada. From the 1960's to the 2000's, he built custom pools for Hotels, Resorts and homeowners up and down the West Coast, in the Southwest and on the Island of Oahu under his business name, Blue Dolphin Pools. Chlorine is in our blood!
This is a picture of one of the pools he built in Utah. It still works great to this day! If you zoom in you can see one of his signatures, a small mosaic Honu (green sea turtle) set in the plaster at the bottom of the pool.
